How is pricing calculated?
Our pricing is based on your pickup location and destination. We provide fixed quotes at booking time. Prices include the professional driver, vehicle, fuel, tolls, and comprehensive insurance. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Are there hidden charges?
No. Absolutely not. The price you see at booking is the total price you’ll pay. We don’t charge surge pricing, distance fees, waiting time fees, or any unexpected add-ons. What you book is what you pay.
Is there a surcharge for early morning transfers?
No! Our early morning rates (4am–6am) are the same as daytime rates. We don’t charge extra for early pickups, even though they require dedicated scheduling and experienced drivers.
Do you charge extra for late night transfers?
After-hours rates apply for transfers between 9pm and 5am. These rates are transparent and quoted upfront at booking, so you’ll always know the cost before confirming your transfer.
What payment methods do you accept?

Service Details
What vehicles do you operate?
We operate two main vehicle types: Premium Sedans (up to 3 passengers) with luxury leather interiors and spacious Kia Carnivals (up to 6 passengers) with extra luggage space. All vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained to the highest standards.
Will my driver be on time?
Yes, guaranteed. Our drivers are trained professionals who monitor traffic patterns and allow adequate travel time. We arrive on schedule, and we track your flight in case of delays. You won’t be left waiting.
How will I recognize my driver?
Your driver will be holding a name sign with your surname at the arrivals area. You’ll also receive the driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details in your confirmation email. The vehicle will have CGC branding.
What if my flight is delayed?
No problem! We monitor your flight status and will automatically reschedule your pickup if your flight is delayed. You’ll receive a notification, and our driver will be ready to pick you up when you land, no matter what time.
Can the driver wait if I’m running late?
Yes! If your flight is delayed or you’re running behind, we can arrange for the driver to wait. Let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust accordingly. There may be a waiting fee for extended waits (charged at $0.70/minute).

Premium Sedans can accommodate up to 3 medium suitcases plus carry-on luggage. Kia Carnivals have significantly more space for larger luggage loads. If you’re traveling with oversized luggage, let us know when booking.
Can I bring a surfboard or sporting equipment?
Yes! We can accommodate surfboards, golf bags, fishing equipment, and other sporting gear. The Kia Carnival has excellent space for these items. Just mention it when booking so we ensure the right vehicle.
Are the vehicles air conditioned?
Yes, all our vehicles have full air conditioning for your comfort. Climate control is set to your preference, and we adjust temperature throughout the journey.
