1. NSW Child Restraint Requirement

By proceeding with this booking, I acknowledge and agree that all trips entering New South Wales require children under 8 years of age to travel in an approved child restraint, in accordance with NSW road safety laws.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure the correct restraint is requested for each child. CGC Airport Transfers can supply child seats upon request for an additional fee.

2. Intoxication & Conduct Policy

I acknowledge that CGC Airport Transfers has a strict safety policy regarding passenger conduct. If any passenger is heavily intoxicated or engages in unruly, disorderly or unsafe behaviour, the driver may refuse to proceed with the transfer at their discretion. In such circumstances, the booking will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation Policy Acknowledgement

By proceeding with this booking, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Passenger cancellations

• More than 24 hours prior to pickup — full credit.
• Within 24 hours of pickup — no credit.

Flight cancellations

• More than 4 hours prior to pickup — full credit.
• Between 1.5 and 4 hours prior to pickup — 50% credit.
• Within 1.5 hours of the scheduled pickup time — no credit.

All credits are non-refundable and reflect reasonable costs incurred in reserving the vehicle and driver.

4. Vehicle Capacity Disclaimer – Kia Carnival

Please note that while the Kia Carnival is a large people mover, luggage capacity depends on the size of each suitcase when the vehicle is booked at full passenger capacity.

For bookings with 7 passengers and 6 suitcases, space may be limited, particularly if suitcases are oversized. If, on the day of travel, the luggage exceeds the available capacity of the vehicle, a second vehicle will be required.

To avoid delays, we recommend booking a second vehicle in advance if travelling with oversized suitcases, or additional items such as prams or surfboards. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

5. Waiting Time Policy

To ensure a punctual and reliable service for all passengers, the following waiting time policy applies to all bookings.

Residential / hotel / Airbnb pickups. Drivers will arrive at the scheduled pickup time. A 10-minute complimentary waiting period is included. After the initial 10 minutes, waiting time will be charged at $1 per minute for up to 20 additional minutes (maximum 30 minutes total). If the passenger is not ready within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the transfer may be treated as a no-show and the full fare may apply. Waiting time beyond the complimentary period is subject to driver availability and scheduling constraints. Passengers are required to be ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid additional charges and potential cancellation.

Domestic airport arrivals. All flights are monitored. A 60-minute complimentary waiting period is included from the actual flight landing time. After 60 minutes, waiting time will be charged at $1 per minute, subject to driver availability.

International airport arrivals. A 75-minute complimentary waiting period is included from the actual flight landing time. Waiting time beyond 75 minutes will be charged at $1 per minute, subject to driver availability.
