Every CGC airport transfer is a fixed price, locked at booking. Brisbane Airport (BNE) transfers start at $190 sedan with the same price in both directions, Gateway toll and GST included. Gold Coast Airport (OOL) drop-offs start at $90 sedan and airport pickups at $105 sedan with arrivals-hall meet and greet included. The full suburb-by-suburb schedule is below — no meter, no surge, and booking both legs on one reservation takes 5% off the return leg.

This page exists so you never have to guess what a transfer costs. Find your suburb in the tables below and the figure next to it is the figure you’ll pay — not a starting estimate, not a fare that grows with traffic, but the locked price for the run. It’s the same schedule our booking system quotes from, published in full.
Three tables cover everything: Brisbane Airport (one price, both directions), Gold Coast Airport pickups (from the airport, meet and greet included), and Gold Coast Airport drop-offs (to the airport). If your suburb isn’t listed, we still run there — unlisted addresses are quoted individually as a fixed figure before you book.
How Fixed Pricing Works
Every price on this page is per vehicle, not per person, with GST inside the figure. The price is locked when you book: no meter runs, no surge applies on event weekends or in school holidays, and a slow M1 costs you nothing extra. The only calendar exceptions are Christmas Day and Easter Sunday, which carry a higher rate, and pickups between 9pm and 5am, which carry an after-hours fee — both confirmed inside your quote before you pay.
Brisbane Airport runs are priced identically in both directions — suburb to BNE or BNE to suburb — with the Gateway toll already inside the fare, covering both terminals, Brisbane City and the Portside cruise terminal. Gold Coast Airport runs carry different pickup and drop-off prices, because airport pickups include the airport access fee and an arrivals-hall meet and greet, where your driver waits inside the terminal with flight monitoring on every arrival.
Book the arrival and departure on one reservation and the return leg is discounted 5%, with both figures confirmed upfront.

The RAV4/sedan carries 1–3 passengers with up to 2 large suitcases plus carry-on — the right fit for couples and solo travellers with checked bags. The Kia Carnival carries up to 7 passengers with up to 6 large suitcases — the family and small-group workhorse, with room for prams, golf bags and boards when flagged at booking.

Is the price really fixed — no meter at all?
Really fixed. The figure in the table is the figure charged: no meter, no surge on event weekends or school holidays, no fuel levy, no adjustment for traffic. The only variations are the after-hours fee for pickups between 9pm and 5am and a higher rate on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday — both confirmed inside your quote before you pay.
Why is Brisbane Airport the same price both ways but Gold Coast Airport isn’t?
Gold Coast Airport pickups include two things drop-offs don’t: the airport access fee charged on vehicles collecting passengers, and arrivals-hall meet and greet with your driver inside the terminal. Brisbane runs are priced with everything folded into one figure that works identically in both directions.
Is there a discount for booking both legs?
Yes — book the arrival and departure on one reservation and the return leg is discounted 5%, with both figures confirmed upfront before payment.
My suburb isn’t in the tables — do you still go there?
Almost certainly. The tables cover the published zones; anywhere else across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, the Tweed and the Northern Rivers is quoted individually — still as a fixed figure locked before you book. Phone, SMS or WhatsApp 0416 131 285 with the address.
What does the Brisbane price include?
The Gateway Motorway toll, GST, and door-to-door service covering Brisbane Airport’s Domestic and International terminals, Brisbane City/CBD, and the Portside cruise terminal — same fixed price in either direction.
What happens if my flight is delayed on an airport pickup?
Nothing you need to act on. Flight monitoring runs on every airport pickup, the driver’s schedule follows your actual landing time, and waiting isn’t charged — with grace of roughly 30–45 minutes after a domestic landing and 45 minutes to an hour after an international one.
Are prices per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle — one figure covers everyone aboard. Three passengers in a sedan or seven in a Carnival pay the same table price.
Can I get a 12-seater on these routes?
Yes — the VW Transporter runs every route on this page for groups of 8–11, quoted on request as a fixed figure. Groups over 11 travel as multi-vehicle bookings on one reservation.
Do the prices change in school holidays or for big events?
No. The table price holds through school holidays, festivals and event weekends — the whole point of fixed pricing. Christmas Day and Easter Sunday alone carry a higher rate.
What are the after-hours arrangements?
Standard operating hours are 5am to 9pm. Pre-booked pickups between 9pm and 5am run with an after-hours fee, confirmed inside your locked quote before you commit — common for early Brisbane international departures.
How is payment handled?
Online by card at booking — nothing is paid in the car. Corporate accounts are available by prior arrangement.
What are the cancellation terms?
More than 24 hours before pickup: full credit. Within 24 hours: none. If your flight is cancelled: full credit over 4 hours out, 50% between 1.5 and 4 hours, none under 1.5. Credits apply to a future booking and aren’t refundable — full terms on the about page.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — Australian-Standards rear-facing seats, forward-facing seats and boosters, provided and fitted on request at $35 per seat, itemised in the quote. Queensland’s booked-hire exemption means restraints aren’t legally required in our vehicles, but tell us the ages and they’ll be fitted regardless — or bring your own.
