Big delay and went another way and delivered me to the airport ahead of schedule. Perhaps they could manage the aircraft as it was a steep downhill after this terrific service

Chris, the proprietor and manager of CGC Transfers, initially our Uber driver, had picked us up from the airport and has provided us with the friendliest and most accommodating private transport experience. After Chris had informed us of his Private Transport business, I asked for a quote on the spot based on our itinerary and he was quick to provide with no hidden costs or issues. The price was fair given the high demands of the season and it comes with excellent communication and service from your own private driver. Highly recommend to book CGC Transfers particularly if you're in larger groups of 5-8 plus luggage. Thanks again Chris, hope to have you look after us again in the future.

Zaf was on time, car was great and a very pleasant trip. Also cheaper than a Taxi.

CGC Airport Transfers — Gold Coast Airport terminal guide and private transfer service across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. OOL sits at Coolangatta on the Queensland–New South Wales border and is the closest airport for every Gold Coast suburb as well as the Tweed Coast and much of the Northern Rivers.

Terminal: a single integrated terminal handles both domestic and international, with check-in, security, the departure lounge and arrivals in the one concourse. There is no inter-terminal transfer and no wrong-terminal risk. OOL carries the domestic east-coast network — Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Cairns, Canberra and Newcastle — plus short-haul international to New Zealand, Bali, Fiji and Singapore; long-haul widebody routes operate from Brisbane instead.

Timing: CGC applies drive time plus 1 hour for domestic departures and drive time plus 2 hours for international, with the pickup pulled earlier where weekday peak conditions are flagged on the Gold Coast Highway or the M1. Outbound drop-offs go to the terminal forecourt directly outside the check-in concourse.

Lounges and parking: the Qantas and Virgin Australia lounges sit past security and open two hours before the day’s first flight, with access by membership, status or eligible fare. Airport parking starts from around $25 a day for the budget uncovered option, with tiered rates above that for the closer and covered car parks; current rates are published by Gold Coast Airport.

Arrivals: meet and greet is included on Gold Coast Airport pickups — the driver waits inside the arrivals area with a name sign, and the confirmation SMS states the exact meet point and arrival instructions before travel. Automatic flight monitoring tracks the actual landing time, wait time is not charged, and the grace window runs roughly 30 to 45 minutes on domestic arrivals and 45 minutes to an hour on international.

Pricing: quotes are locked at booking with GST included and no tolls on the OOL run — no surge, no metered fare, no fuel levy and no last-minute booking surcharge. An after-hours fee applies to pickups between 9pm and 6am and sits inside the locked figure. A higher rate applies only on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday. Payment is online at booking; there is no in-car payment, and corporate accounts are available by prior approval.

Fleet: Sedan or similar (1–3 passengers, 2 large suitcases plus 2 carry-on, no surfboards), 7-seat Kia Carnival (up to 7 passengers, up to 6 large suitcases, up to 3 boards in 1–2 bags, child-seat manifests) and the 12-seater Transporter (8–11 passengers, up to 8 check-in suitcases plus 4 carry-on). Groups over 11 run as multi-vehicle bookings on one reservation. Child seats provided and fitted for children 7 and under under both Queensland and New South Wales requirements, itemised in the quote.
