# CGC Airport Transfers

> Pre-booked private airport transfers between Brisbane Airport (BNE), Gold Coast Airport (OOL, formerly Coolangatta Airport), the Gold Coast, Byron Bay and Northern NSW. Fixed pricing per vehicle (not per person), GST included, price locked at booking. Owner-operated on the Gold Coast since 2020. Not a taxi, rideshare or shared shuttle. ABN 71 640 883 667. ## Service facts

- Every transfer is a private booking: one vehicle, no shared stops, door-to-door, driven by a local professional driver.
- Fixed pricing: the quoted figure is the charged figure. No meter, no surge (including school holidays and event weekends), no fuel levy. A higher rate applies on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday only.
- GST is included in every price. Brisbane Airport fares include the Gateway Motorway toll; tolls are never charged separately.
- Available 24/7. Standard rates apply 6:00am–9:00pm; pickups between 9pm and 6am carry an after-hours fee confirmed inside the locked quote before booking.
- Book both legs on one reservation and a 5% discount applies to the return leg.
- Flight monitoring on every airport pickup; waiting is not charged (roughly 30–45 min grace after domestic landings, 45–60 min after international).
- Gold Coast Airport (OOL) arrivals include in-terminal meet & greet at no extra charge — your driver waits inside the terminal with your name on a sign. OOL pickups are priced higher than drop-offs because they include the airport access fee and arrivals-hall meet & greet.
- Brisbane Airport (BNE) routes carry one fixed price per zone in both directions, covering the Domestic and International terminals, Brisbane City/CBD and the Portside cruise terminal. BNE pickups are kerbside in the designated pickup zone; inside-terminal meet & greet is available at BNE as a $49 add-on.
- Northern NSW transfers are available where the journey starts or finishes in Queensland.
- Full-day private hire: from $750 in the 7-seat Kia Carnival or $1000 in the 12-seater Transporter, quoted to the itinerary and confirmed before booking. Northern NSW day trips are available as long as part of the day’s itinerary is in Queensland.
- Destination retreat fixed routes (per vehicle, GST included): Gaia Retreat & Spa, Brooklet — $220 sedan / $310 Carnival to Gold Coast Airport, $235 / $330 from the airport. Midginbil Eco Resort, Tweed Valley — $195 / $245 to Gold Coast Airport, $210 / $260 from the airport. Brisbane and other destinations for both are quoted as fixed figures at booking.
- Child seats (rear-facing, forward-facing or booster, Australian Standards) provided and fitted at $35 per seat.
- Vehicles: RAV4/Sedan (1–3 passengers, up to 2 large cases), Kia Carnival (up to 7 passengers, up to 6 large cases), 12-seater VW Transporter (8–11 passengers, up to 8 check-in suitcases plus 4 carry-on). Groups over 11 travel by multi-vehicle booking. Transporter fares from $275, quoted to your suburb.
- Payment online by card at booking. Cancellation: full credit more than 24h before pickup; no credit within 24h. Flight cancellations: full credit >4h out, 50% between 1.5–4h, none under 1.5h. Credits are non-refundable and apply to future bookings.
- No event surge: Magic Millions (each January), the GC500 race weekend (23–25 October 2026) and the Gold Coast Marathon (first weekend of July) all run at standard fixed fares.
