Q: What is your Cancellation & Behaviour policy?

Cancellation Policy By confirming a booking with CGC Airport Transfers , you agree to the following cancellation terms. Standard Cancellations Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full credit , which may be used toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a credit , as the vehicle and driver have been reserved and operational costs have been incurred. Flight Cancellations If your flight is cancelled more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, a full credit for the value of the transfer will be issued. If your flight is cancelled between 1.5 and 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, a 50% credit will apply. If your flight is cancelled within 1.5 hours of the scheduled pickup time, no credit will apply. All credits issued are non-refundable and may be used toward a future booking. Credits reflect reasonable costs incurred in reserving the vehicle, allocating the driver and preparing for the scheduled service. Behaviour Policy Passengers must behave in a respectful, safe and orderly manner at all times. Unruly, aggressive, abusive and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated. If a passenger is heavily intoxicated or displaying unsafe or disruptive behaviour, the driver may refuse to begin the trip or may end the service immediately. Any behaviour that risks the safety of the driver, vehicle and other passengers may result in the transfer being cancelled. If a trip cannot proceed or is stopped due to intoxication or misconduct, no refund will be issued.

From-prices are the floor across the service area and rise with road distance from your pickup address, so a Brisbane Airport run sits higher than a Gold Coast Airport one. Pricing is per vehicle rather than per person. Airport pickups are quoted separately from departures, as inbound legs carry an airport access fee. Your exact figure is locked before you confirm.

Northern NSW transfers are available where the journey starts or finishes in Queensland — for example Byron Bay, Kingscliff or Pottsville to Brisbane Airport, the Gold Coast or Gold Coast Airport.

Their communication was fantastic from start to finish, and the driver was incredibly friendly. The car was spotless, tidy, and they provided updated, clean car seats for my 3-year-old, which gave us great peace of mind. Excellent service!!! We had Ben for the first ride and he made us feel so comfortable as a group of young women travelling alone! We had great chats with him and he was really helpful in suggesting activities to do near Byron. How good is this service! Huge storm no visability but no issues. Big delay and went another way and delivered me to the airport ahead of schedule. Perhaps they could manage the aircraft as it was a steep downhill after this terrific service

We recently travelled from Adelaide to Gold Coast for a short holiday to celebrate my mum's 60th and as a big family reunion. Chris, the proprietor and manager of CGC Transfers, initially our Uber driver, had picked us up from the airport and has provided us with the friendliest and most accommodating private transport experience. After Chris had informed us of his Private Transport business, I asked for a quote on the spot based on our itinerary and he was quick to provide with no hidden costs or issues. The price was fair given the high demands of the season and it comes with excellent communication and service from your own private driver. Highly recommend to book CGC Transfers particularly if you're in larger groups of 5-8 plus luggage. Thanks again Chris, hope to have you look after us again in the future.

We had Zaffa as our driver from Biggera Waters to the Gold Coast Airport on 30/4/25, could not have been happier that we selected them for our transport. Zaf was on time, car was great and a very pleasant trip. Also cheaper than a Taxi.

Do you track flights?

Yes — we monitor arrival times and adjust pickups without extra charge.

Can I request child seats?

Yes — rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats to Australian Standards are available on all transfers, provided and fitted at $35 per seat. Add them when you book.

What is your Cancellation & Behaviour policy?

Cancellation Policy

By confirming a booking with CGC Airport Transfers, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

Standard Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full credit, which may be used toward a future booking.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a credit, as the vehicle and driver have been reserved and operational costs have been incurred.

Flight Cancellations

If your flight is cancelled more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, a full credit for the value of the transfer will be issued.
If your flight is cancelled between 1.5 and 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, a 50% credit will apply.
If your flight is cancelled within 1.5 hours of the scheduled pickup time, no credit will apply.

All credits issued are non-refundable and may be used toward a future booking. Credits reflect reasonable costs incurred in reserving the vehicle, allocating the driver and preparing for the scheduled service.

Behaviour Policy

Passengers must behave in a respectful, safe and orderly manner at all times.
Unruly, aggressive, abusive and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.
If a passenger is heavily intoxicated or displaying unsafe or disruptive behaviour, the driver may refuse to begin the trip or may end the service immediately.
Any behaviour that risks the safety of the driver, vehicle and other passengers may result in the transfer being cancelled.
If a trip cannot proceed or is stopped due to intoxication or misconduct, no refund will be issued.

How do I pay?

Cards and PayPal. Corporate accounts by prior approval.

Are your prices really fixed?

Yes — one fixed price per vehicle, agreed at booking, with GST and tolls included on airport routes. No meters, no surge and no per-person charges.

Which areas do you cover?

Door-to-door across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay and Northern NSW — including Gold Coast Airport (OOL), Brisbane Airport (BNE), the cruise terminals and the theme parks.
