Transfers operate between 5:00am and 9:00pm at standard rates. Bookings outside these hours are subject to after-hours service rates. Public holiday rates apply on Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.
Brisbane to Brisbane transfers are not available at this time.
Bookings within 12 hours require direct contact for availability. For groups exceeding 7 passengers & 6 Bags, please contact us to confirm availability and pricing.
All bookings are processed in Queensland time.

Cancellation Policy
By confirming a booking with CGC Airport Transfers, you agree to the following cancellation terms.
Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full credit, which may be used toward a future booking.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a credit, as the vehicle and driver have been reserved and operational costs have been incurred.
Flight Cancellations
- If your flight is cancelled more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, a full credit for the value of the transfer will be issued.
- If your flight is cancelled between 1.5 and 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, a 50% credit will apply.
- If your flight is cancelled within 1.5 hours of the scheduled pickup time, no credit will apply.
All credits issued are non-refundable and may be used toward a future booking. Credits reflect reasonable costs incurred in reserving the vehicle, allocating the driver, and preparing for the scheduled service.
Behaviour Policy
- Passengers must behave in a respectful, safe, and orderly manner at all times.
- Unruly, aggressive, abusive, or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.
- If a passenger is heavily intoxicated or displaying unsafe or disruptive behaviour, the driver may refuse to begin the trip or may end the service immediately.
- Any behaviour that risks the safety of the driver, vehicle, or other passengers may result in the transfer being cancelled.
- If a trip cannot proceed or is stopped due to intoxication or misconduct, no refund will be issued.
