Sedan Airport Transfers — Toyota Camry or Tesla
The Short Answer
The CGC sedan is a Toyota Camry or Tesla (or similar) for 1–3 passengers, with room for two check-in suitcases and two carry-on bags. It’s the lowest fixed fare on every route — per vehicle, not per person, GST included and locked at booking.
Book the sedan for one to three people travelling light: two check-in suitcases plus carry-on, and up to one baby seat, child seat or booster.
The Sedan at a Glance
Pricing basis: standard rates (6am–9pm). After-hours transfers between 9pm and 6am, Easter Sunday and optional extras may incur additional charges (closed on Christmas Day).
Who the Sedan Suits
The sedan is built for the most common airport trip: one to three people with normal luggage. Business travellers flying in and out of Brisbane Airport, couples heading home from a Gold Coast holiday, and a parent travelling with one child all fit comfortably, and on the longer Brisbane Airport runs the sedan’s lower fare adds up over two legs.
What Fits in the Sedan
Two check-in suitcases and two carry-on bags. Anything long or bulky — surfboards, golf bags, prams, strollers and bike boxes — needs the Kia Carnival, which folds its seats around long items. If you’re close to the limit, tell us the bags at booking and we’ll match the vehicle before the day.
Baby Seats and Child Seats in the Sedan
The sedan takes one Australian-Standards seat — a rear-facing baby seat, a forward-facing child seat or a booster — fitted before pickup at $35 per seat. With two or more children, book the Kia Carnival, which takes up to five. In New South Wales every child under 7 must travel in an approved restraint, and we fit the right seat on both sides of the border. See baby seats and child seats for the details.

How many people fit in the sedan?
One to three passengers, plus the driver. Four or more, or three with lots of luggage, book the Kia Carnival.
How much luggage fits in the sedan?
Two check-in suitcases and two carry-on bags. More suitcases, or anything long or bulky, needs the Kia Carnival.
Can I take a surfboard, golf clubs or a pram in the sedan?
No. Surfboards, golf bags, prams and bike boxes don’t fit the sedan boot, so book the Kia Carnival, which carries them inside the same kind of fixed fare.
Can you fit a baby seat in the sedan?
Yes, one. We fit an Australian-Standards rear-facing baby seat, forward-facing child seat or booster before pickup at $35 per seat. Two or more children need the Kia Carnival, which takes up to five seats.
Which car will I get?
A Toyota Camry or Tesla, or a similar sedan. We may upgrade a booking to a larger vehicle to suit the day’s schedule, at no extra cost.
Is the sedan cheaper than the Kia Carnival?
Yes. The sedan is the lowest fixed fare on every route, and the booking form shows the sedan and Kia Carnival prices side by side.
Is the sedan price per person?
No, it’s per vehicle. The fixed fare covers up to three passengers, GST included, and it’s locked at booking.
Will the driver meet me inside the terminal?
At Gold Coast Airport, yes: in-terminal meet & greet is included on every pickup. Brisbane Airport pickups are kerbside at the pre-booked bays, with in-terminal meet & greet available as a $49 add-on.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to do. We monitor the flight, the pickup moves with your actual landing time, and waiting is included for 45 minutes after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international one. After that it’s $2 per minute.
