Why does a Gold Coast Airport pickup cost more than a drop-off?
A Gold Coast Airport pickup includes the airport access fee and in-terminal meet and greet — the driver waits inside the terminal with your name on a sign — so Surfers Paradise is $105 sedan or $135 Kia Carnival from the airport against $90 or $120 to it. Brisbane Airport fares are the same in both directions; pickups there are kerbside, with inside-terminal meet and greet a $49 add-on.
Can you move a group of more than 11 guests at once?
Yes. Up to 14 travel as two vehicles on one reservation — the booking form adds a second Kia Carnival or a sedan and prices it there — and 15 or more is a call to 0416 131 285. Every vehicle leaves together, timed to the same flight.
What is your cancellation policy for wedding bookings?
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and the full amount is held as credit for a future booking. Within 24 hours of pickup no credit applies. The credit applies to each vehicle line on the manifest.
How do wedding transfers get paid for?
By card through the secure payment link — each guest for their own booking, or the coordinator for the whole manifest on one combined invoice, settled before the first transfer. Nothing is paid in the car.
