Are child seats fitted on the Sanctuary Cove run?

Yes. Australian-Standards rear-facing baby seats, forward-facing child seats and boosters are provided and fitted before pickup for children 7 and under. Provide ages and approximate sizes at booking and an additional baby or child seat cost applies, added to your quote. Multi-child configurations are handled in the 7-seat Kia Carnival.

Does CGC surge for the Boat Show or InterContinental conference events?

No. CGC does not apply surge pricing on the annual Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show weekend, InterContinental conference events, school holidays or peak periods — the locked quote applies. A higher rate applies on Easter Sunday only (closed on Christmas Day).

Can I book a return Gold Coast Airport to Sanctuary Cove transfer?

Yes. Return transfers can be booked on the same reservation. We monitor the incoming flight and meet you on arrival — you’ll receive a text confirming your transfer and where to meet your driver.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Flight tracking is included on every booking. We monitor the flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically, at no extra charge and wait time is not charged extra.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and the full fare is held as a credit toward a future booking; inside 24 hours no credit applies. If the airline cancels your flight, a full credit applies with more than 4 hours’ notice, a 50% credit between 1.5 and 4 hours and none under 90 minutes. Credits aren’t refundable in cash but never expire. Full terms are on our About Us page.

Can you handle groups larger than 11?

We can — larger parties are split across a coordinated multi-vehicle booking, arranged as a single reservation with vehicles arriving together.

Does the return pickup include meet and greet?

Gold Coast Airport pickups all include a complimentary arrivals-hall meet and greet — your driver waits with a name sign as you clear the terminal and helps with luggage.

Where will my driver meet me at Gold Coast Airport?

Your driver waits inside the terminal with your name on a sign — in-terminal meet and greet is included in every Gold Coast Airport (OOL) pickup fare at no extra charge, and your SMS confirmation includes arrival instructions.

We had great chats with him and he was really helpful in suggesting activities to do near Byron. Big delay and went another way and delivered me to the airport ahead of schedule. Perhaps they could manage the aircraft as it was a steep downhill after this terrific service

The price was fair given the high demands of the season and it comes with excellent communication and service from your own private driver. Zaf was on time, car was great and a very pleasant trip. Also cheaper than a Taxi.
