What we are: a private ground transport operator providing pre-booked transfers with professional local drivers. We are not a DMC, travel agency or tour packager.

Availability: 24/7 by pre-booking, every day except Christmas Day. Standard rates apply from 6am to 9pm; pickups between 9pm and 6am carry an after-hours fee.

A Transport Partner, Not a DMC

Destination management companies and tour operators design the experience. We look after one part of it: getting your clients between the airport, their accommodation and the program, on time and the same way every time. We don’t package tours, sell itineraries or market competing travel products, so working with us adds transport capacity to your business without adding a competitor.

What We Provide

Airport transfers: Gold Coast Airport (OOL) transfers with meet and greet included, and Brisbane Airport (BNE) transfers at the same fixed price in both directions, Gateway toll included. Every suburb’s fare is on the fixed price airport transfers page.
Group transfers: private group transfers in the Kia Carnival or the 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers), and large group airport transfers as multi-vehicle bookings on one reservation.
Corporate and conference transport: corporate airport transfers and business conference transfers for delegates, speakers and visiting executives.
Events and weddings: wedding guest transfers and event-week transport for the GC500 and the Gold Coast Marathon.
Hotels, cruise and attractions: hotel and resort airport transfers, Brisbane cruise terminal transfers and theme park transfers.
Full-day private hire: a vehicle and driver for the day, through full-day private hire.

Service Standards Partners Can Rely On

✔ Fixed price per vehicle, locked at booking, with GST included and the Gateway toll inside every Brisbane fare. No surge pricing in event weeks.
✔ Flight monitoring on every airport pickup, with 45 minutes’ waiting included after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international one, from the actual landing time.
✔ Meet and greet included at Gold Coast Airport, with the driver holding a name sign at the arrivals exit. At Brisbane Airport, standard pickups are kerbside and in-terminal meet and greet is available for an additional $49.
✔ Driver details by text or email by 5pm the day before, and a message when the driver is on the way.
✔ Licensed under Queensland Booked Hire Service Licence 232082. ABN 71 640 883 667.
✔ Owner-operated: Chris, owner-driver, coordinates every job and a team of local professional drivers.
✔ Late-model, unbranded vehicles and drivers in smart-casual dress.
✔ Rear-facing baby seats, toddler seats and boosters fitted on request at $35 per seat. In NSW a car seat is required for every child under 7.
✔ All booking times are Queensland time, including pickups in NSW.

How a Partnership Works

Tell us about your business. Use the trade enquiry form below: who you are, the clients you look after and the transport you expect to need.
We agree how you’ll book. Chris, owner-driver, comes back to you personally to set up the arrangement, from booking online on a client’s behalf to a trade account for regular work.
Book transfers your way. Single transfers book online in about two minutes in your client’s name. Group movements and multi-day programs can be emailed to us for a written quote.
We confirm and deliver. Every booking is confirmed at a fixed price. Driver details follow by 5pm the day before, and confirmations and driver messages go to you, your client or both.
Payment before travel. Standard bookings are paid by card through a secure payment link. Trade accounts set up by prior arrangement are invoiced and settled before travel. Every booking comes with a tax invoice.

Looking After International Clients

Inbound clients usually arrive after a long-haul flight, sometimes late at night. Every booking carries the flight number so the driver works to the actual landing time, and the meet point is confirmed before the client lands. Our AI assistant Cooly answers booking questions by SMS and WhatsApp in English, Chinese and Japanese.

We publish arrival guides for visitors from Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, the UK, Europe and the USA, plus pages in Japanese, Chinese and Korean that you can share with your clients.

Is CGC Airport Transfers a DMC?

No. CGC Airport Transfers is a private ground transport operator: pre-booked transfers with professional local drivers. We work alongside DMCs, tour operators, travel agents, hotels and event organisers as their transport partner, and we don’t package tours or sell itineraries.

Which businesses do you work with?

Destination management companies, inbound tour operators and wholesalers, travel agents and travel management companies, hotels and resorts, corporate travel and event organisers, wedding planners, and sports and group organisers across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW.

How do partners book transfers?

Single transfers book online in about two minutes in your client’s name, with the confirmation and driver details sent to you, your client or both. Group movements and multi-day programs can be emailed to admin@cgctransfers.com.au for a written quote, and regular partners can set up a trade account by prior arrangement.

How are transfers priced for trade partners?

Every route has a fixed price per vehicle, locked at booking, with GST included and the Gateway toll inside every Brisbane fare. There is no surge pricing in event weeks. For regular or high-volume work, tell us about it in the trade enquiry form and Chris will come back to you personally.

How is payment handled?

Before travel. Standard bookings are paid by card through a secure payment link, and trade accounts set up by prior arrangement are invoiced and settled before travel. Every booking comes with a tax invoice, and nothing is ever paid in the car.

Can you move large groups?

Yes. The Kia Carnival takes up to 7 passengers and the 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers) keeps a group together. Larger groups run as multi-vehicle bookings on one reservation, each vehicle timed to its own flight. For groups of 15 or more, call 0416 131 285 or use the trade enquiry form.

What happens when a client’s flight is delayed?

Every airport booking carries the flight number and we monitor the flight, so the pickup moves with the actual landing time. 45 minutes’ waiting is included after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international one; after that, waiting is $2 per minute.

Do your drivers meet clients inside the terminal?

At Gold Coast Airport, meet and greet is included: the driver waits at the arrivals exit holding a name sign. At Brisbane Airport, standard pickups are kerbside, and in-terminal meet and greet is available for an additional $49.

Are you licensed?

Yes. CGC Airport Transfers operates under Queensland Booked Hire Service Licence 232082, ABN 71 640 883 667, and is listed with the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW).

Do you operate early mornings and late nights?

Yes. We run 24/7 by pre-booking, every day except Christmas Day. Standard rates apply from 6am to 9pm, and pickups between 9pm and 6am carry an after-hours fee, which is shown in the quote.

Can you provide baby seats and child seats?

Yes. Rear-facing baby seats, toddler seats and booster seats are $35 per seat and fitted before pickup. In NSW a car seat is required for every child under 7.

Do you cover Byron Bay and Northern NSW?

Yes. We cover the Tweed Coast, Kingscliff, Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers, to and from both airports. All booking times are Queensland time, including pickups in NSW.

Our driver John was professional, kind and very patient with our noisy youngest passenger - my 12 mo old son! The car was impeccably clean as was the car seat. A very comfortable and safe ride for Bub, and we got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Highly recommend if travelling with kids and needing a car seat! Will definitely use again.

Forget Uber I have just used CGC Airport Transfers due to been stuck in Murwillumbah Northern NSW and needed to get to the Varsity Lakes train station. Picked up with-in 45 mins and charged a great price. From the initial phone call to being dropped off the Service was five star. This was unplanned it was and it was faultless. I was very impressed that even at 7am Chris was was very commicative and provided a quote within minutes. Drivers names and contacts were provided quickly once I confirmed our booking.

The drivers were professional, polite, friendly and flexible to change pick-up times (which we did). Their vehicles were clean, modern and comfortable.

The driver (Sharron) notified me of her arrival - which was early - but really suited me; although, please don't think that she was pressuring me as she was prepared to wait. Family of 4 with lots of luggage, prams etc. The booking process via Chris was a breeze, communication was clear (including on the day with our driver Cam for meeting), the vehicle was immaculately clean / comfortable and the rates are really competitive.

Big delay and went another way and delivered me to the airport ahead of schedule. Perhaps they could manage the aircraft as it was a steep downhill after this terrific service

Chris, the proprietor and manager of CGC Transfers, initially our Uber driver, had picked us up from the airport and has provided us with the friendliest and most accommodating private transport experience. After Chris had informed us of his Private Transport business, I asked for a quote on the spot based on our itinerary and he was quick to provide with no hidden costs or issues. The price was fair given the high demands of the season and it comes with excellent communication and service from your own private driver. Highly recommend to book CGC Transfers particularly if you're in larger groups of 5-8 plus luggage. Thanks again Chris, hope to have you look after us again in the future.
