往返价格一样吗？
一样。布里斯班机场到黄金海岸、以及黄金海岸回布里斯班机场，同一区域为相同固定价格，含盖特威过路费。同一订单预订往返两程，回程可享5%折扣。
司机会在航站楼里面接我们吗？
司机会在您所在航站楼外的预约接客区等候航班。我们会在出发前一晚以短信发送具体会合位置。如果您希望司机举着写有您姓名的接机牌在航站楼内迎接，可在预订时加购布里斯班机场接机服务，费用49澳元。
航班延误怎么办？
我们会追踪您的航班号，接送时间随航班自动调整，被追踪航班在机场的等候时间不额外收费。如果您改签了航班，请通过邮件或WhatsApp告知新的航班号。
中国与黄金海岸的时差是多少？
黄金海岸全年比北京时间快2小时——昆士兰州和中国都不实行夏令时。上海中午12点即黄金海岸下午2点。订单与确认信上的所有时间均为昆士兰当地时间。
可以用支付宝、微信支付或银联吗？
不可以。付款需在出行前通过网上以Visa或万事达卡完成，以澳元计价并含商品服务税。澳大利亚的支付渠道不支持本服务使用支付宝或微信支付。中国银行卡通常会对澳元交易收取外币手续费。当天无需携带现金，澳大利亚也没有给小费的习惯。

在布里斯班国际航站楼通关需要多久？
请预留落地后45至60分钟，用于办理入境、取行李和生物安全申报；多个国际航班同时抵达时会更久。您的司机以实际到达时间计算等候，而非航班落地时刻表时间。
从布里斯班机场到黄金海岸要开多久？
非高峰时段：到海伦斯维尔和主题公园区域约60公里、55分钟；到冲浪者天堂约85公里、1小时20分钟；到伯利角约95公里、1小时30分钟；到库兰加塔约110公里、1小时40分钟。路线为盖特威高速—洛根高速—M1太平洋高速。
我们一行九人，该选哪种车？
轿车可乘1至3人，可放2件大行李及随身行李；起亚嘉华最多7人，可放5件大行李。8至11人的团体可选12座大众Transporter（需报价），或在同一订单中预订两辆车。
可以安装儿童安全座椅吗？
可以。昆士兰法律规定7岁以下儿童必须使用合规约束装置。后向式婴儿提篮、前向式安全座椅、带安全带的增高座椅及增高垫每个35澳元，预订时告知孩子年龄，接机前即会安装好。
从布里斯班过来可以先送我们去主题公园吗？
可以。梦幻世界、华纳兄弟电影世界、激浪世界和白水世界都位于奥克森福德—库莫拉区域，属于黄金海岸北部区域，从布里斯班机场过来为轿车190澳元或嘉华240澳元。途中如需短暂停留，我们会在您确认订单前先行报价。
中国公民去澳大利亚需要签证吗？
中国护照持有人通常需要在出发前申请访客签证。请以澳大利亚内政部官网公布的最新要求和审理时间为准——接送预订本身不受签证影响。
需要取消怎么办？
在接送时间24小时以前取消，全额款项将保留为日后预订的抵用额度；24小时以内取消则不予保留。更改航班免费。
