No. CGC does not apply surge pricing on school holidays, Gainsborough Greens wedding weekends, peak periods or event weekends — the locked quote applies. A higher rate applies on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday only.

Can I book a return Gold Coast Airport to Pimpama transfer?

Yes. Return transfers can be booked on the same reservation. We monitor the incoming flight and meet you on arrival — you’ll receive a text confirming your transfer and where to meet your driver.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Flight tracking is included on every booking. We monitor the flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically, at no extra charge and wait time is not charged extra.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes — with more than 24 hours’ notice the fare becomes a full credit for a later transfer; no credit applies inside 24 hours. Where the airline cancels the flight, credits scale with notice: 100% beyond 4 hours, 50% from 1.5–4 hours, none under 90 minutes. Credits are non-refundable but hold their value indefinitely. We have more than 11 passengers — can you take us?

Yes. Groups over 11 are handled with multi-vehicle bookings — two or more vehicles dispatched together so everyone travels at the same time on one reservation.

Will my driver meet me inside the terminal on the return?

For Gold Coast Airport pickups, yes — arrivals-hall meet and greet is included. The driver is inside the terminal with a name sign when you land and assists with your bags to the car.

Where will my driver meet me at Gold Coast Airport?

Your driver waits inside the terminal with your name on a sign — in-terminal meet and greet is included in every Gold Coast Airport (OOL) pickup fare at no extra charge, and your SMS confirmation includes arrival instructions.

Tip for Pimpama travellers heading to OOL: Gainsborough Greens has boom-gate entry and that gate is where rideshare pickups fall over — the pin drop lands at the perimeter, the driver can’t get in and a 4:10am pre-dawn departure turns into a phone call before the trip has started. Drop the gate code into the booking notes and the driver enters cleanly and pulls into your driveway at the scheduled time. The same applies to the gated master-planned estates elsewhere in the suburb: name the estate and give the code. Yawalpah Road’s direct M1 access keeps the off-peak run at around 50 minutes, with weekday morning congestion through the M1 corridor the main delay risk. For Gainsborough Greens golf travel, flag the club count so the Carnival or Transporter is reserved with the cargo space.

Family of 4 with lots of luggage, prams etc. The booking process via Chris was a breeze, communication was clear (including on the day with our driver Cam for meeting), the vehicle was immaculately clean / comfortable and the rates are really competitive.

Big delay and went another way and delivered me to the airport ahead of schedule. Perhaps they could manage the aircraft as it was a steep downhill after this terrific service

Chris, the proprietor and manager of CGC Transfers, initially our Uber driver, had picked us up from the airport and has provided us with the friendliest and most accommodating private transport experience. After Chris had informed us of his Private Transport business, I asked for a quote on the spot based on our itinerary and he was quick to provide with no hidden costs or issues. The price was fair given the high demands of the season and it comes with excellent communication and service from your own private driver. Highly recommend to book CGC Transfers particularly if you're in larger groups of 5-8 plus luggage. Thanks again Chris, hope to have you look after us again in the future.

Zaf was on time, car was great and a very pleasant trip. Also cheaper than a Taxi.
