A fixed $290 Sedan or similar or $410 Kia Carnival, the same in both directions, with the Gateway toll included — about 130 km, around 2 hours off-peak. Gold Coast Airport is far closer at about 23 km.

How early should I leave Cabarita Beach for a domestic flight?

Be at Gold Coast Airport 2 hours before a domestic departure, so allow the 30–40 minute run plus 2 hours. For a 9am flight that’s a pickup around 6:26am Queensland time — 7:26am on an NSW clock during daylight saving.

What if my flight back is delayed?

Your flight is monitored, so the pickup follows the actual landing time. Waiting is included for 45 minutes after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international one; after that it’s $2 per minute.

Can you take surfboards from Cabarita Beach?

Yes. The 7-seat Kia Carnival takes up to 3 boards in 1–2 bags; the sedan doesn’t carry boards. Give the count and lengths at booking.
