Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full credit toward a future booking; within 24 hours, no credit applies. If a flight is cancelled, you get a full credit beyond 4 hours, a 50% credit from 1.5 to 4 hours, and none inside 1.5 hours. Credits are non-refundable and carry to your next trip. Can you take a group of more than 11?
Yes. A single Transporter covers 8 to 11, but for a larger group — a boarding-school cohort, a GCUH conference delegation or a CBD corporate offsite above 11 — we run a multi-vehicle booking, several vehicles rostered together under one reservation. Send the total passenger and luggage numbers and we organise the fleet.
