The Sedan or similar carries up to 2 large suitcases, the Kia Carnival up to 9 with 1 to 4 passengers (7 with five, 6 with six or seven) and the 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers) holds up to 8 for a full group, with a luggage trailer for more. Share your luggage manifest at booking so the right vehicle is allocated.
How do I pay?
Payment is made online by card when you book — there is no in-car payment. Corporate accounts are available by prior approval.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full credit toward a future booking; within 24 hours, no credit applies. If your flight is cancelled, a full credit applies more than 4 hours before pickup, a 50% credit between 1.5 and 4 hours and no credit within 1.5 hours. Credits are non-refundable and may be used toward a future booking. Full terms are on our About Us page.
Can you handle groups larger than 11 passengers?
Yes. Up to 14 travel as two vehicles on one reservation — the booking form adds a second Kia Carnival or a sedan and prices it there — and 15 or more is a call to 0416 131 285. Every vehicle leaves together, timed to the same flight.
Where will my driver meet me at Brisbane Airport?
Brisbane Airport pickups are kerbside in the designated pickup zone at both the Domestic and International terminals — your SMS booking confirmation includes the exact meet point and arrival instructions. Prefer to be met inside the terminal? Inside-terminal meet and greet is available at BNE as a $49 add-on.
Is there a train from Parkwood to Brisbane Airport?
Not from Parkwood itself, but the G:link tram from the Parklands, Griffith University and Gold Coast University Hospital stations runs north to Helensvale, where Airtrain connects with the tram and runs to both Brisbane Airport terminals every 15 minutes at peak times and every 30 off-peak — a tram, a train, a per-person fare and your bags on two platforms.
