How do I pay?
You pay online by card when the booking is made, so nothing is handled in the car. Corporate accounts are available by prior approval.
What is the cancellation and flight-change policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full credit toward a future booking; within 24 hours, no credit applies. If a flight is cancelled, you get a full credit beyond 4 hours, a 50% credit from 1.5 to 4 hours and none inside 1.5 hours. Credits are non-refundable and carry to your next trip. Can you take a group of more than 11?
Yes. Up to 14 travel as two vehicles on one reservation — the booking form adds a second Kia Carnival or a sedan and prices it there — and 15 or more is a call to 0416 131 285. Every vehicle leaves together, timed to the same flight.
Where will my driver meet me at Brisbane Airport?
Brisbane Airport pickups are kerbside in the designated pickup zone at both the Domestic and International terminals — your SMS booking confirmation includes the exact meet point and arrival instructions. Not directly: the G:link tram from the Main Beach stop runs north to Helensvale station, where Airtrain connects with the tram and runs to both Brisbane Airport terminals every 15 minutes at peak times and every 30 off-peak, with the first weekday train at 4:10am — a tram, a train, a per-person fare and your bags on two platforms. A CGC transfer is door to door for a fixed $200 sedan or $260 Kia Carnival, Gateway toll included, at any hour.
How much is Main Beach to Gold Coast Airport?
