The Gold Coast Golf Circuit

The trip staples are all inside CGC’s fixed zones: RACV Royal Pines at Benowa with its championship 36 holes, Sanctuary Cove’s Palms and Pines behind the gatehouse (access handled on every booking), Links Hope Island, Lakelands’ Nicklaus layout and Palm Meadows. Arrivals at OOL are met in the hall with clubs loaded onto the trolley for you; BNE arrivals coordinate kerbside by SMS. Multi-day itineraries — airport, resort, three courses, airport — price as one fixed figure at booking.

How do we get our golf clubs from the airport to the resort?

In the vehicle with you — no couriers, no extra legs. A sedan takes up to 3 golfers with soft travel bags; the Kia Carnival takes a full group of up to 7 with clubs, which is why most golf trips book it. Your driver meets you inside the arrivals hall at Gold Coast Airport, helps load the bags, and they stay with you door to door. For larger groups our 12-seat Transporter is quoted on request. If your itinerary runs several courses in a day, full-day hire from $750 keeps the same vehicle and driver with your clubs on board all day.

Can you pick us up from Brisbane Airport and take us straight to the golf resort?

Yes — Brisbane Airport to the central Gold Coast golf resorts is a fixed $200 sedan or $260 Kia Carnival, Gateway toll and GST included, and your driver meets you at arrivals.

Do you transfer to Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island courses?

Yes — Gold Coast Airport pickup to Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island is a fixed $145 sedan or $175 Kia Carnival, met inside the terminal.

Can we book one vehicle for a full day across several courses?

Yes — full-day hire from $750 for the Kia Carnival keeps one vehicle and driver with your group and your clubs all day, ideal for 36-hole days or society trips across multiple courses.

What if our flight lands late in the evening?

Your flight number is tracked, so a delayed arrival moves the pickup with it — the driver watches the actual landing time, not the ticketed one, and the fixed fare does not change.

Do you wait while we finish the round?

On a full-day hire, yes — the vehicle and driver stay with your group for the day. For single transfers we schedule the pickup time you nominate, with a call if the round runs long.

Can we split the group across two vehicles?

Yes — a sedan plus a Carnival covers 10 golfers with clubs, arriving together. Book both on one reservation and the logistics are coordinated for you.

Is there a discount for booking the return to the airport?

Yes — book both legs on one reservation and the return leg carries a 5% discount. Most golf groups book arrival and departure together.

Which Gold Coast golf courses do you service?

All of them — RACV Royal Pines, Palm Meadows, Lakelands, Links Hope Island, Sanctuary Cove, The Grand, Burleigh and the rest. If there is a clubhouse, we deliver to its door.

Can you stop for supplies on the way to the course?

Short stops are fine on a fixed transfer — mention it when booking. For a round of stops, full-day hire is the better fit.

What happens if it rains and we cancel the trip?

More than 24 hours out you receive a full credit to rebook when the weather clears. Within 24 hours the fare is committed — drivers are already scheduled.

Do you do early tee-time pickups?

Yes — pre-dawn pickups are routine, so a 5:30am hotel pickup for a 7am tee time is a normal job with the same fixed fare, booked the day before.

Can non-golfers ride along?

Of course — the fare covers the vehicle, so partners heading to the spa or the shops ride at no extra cost within the vehicle’s capacity.

How do we get a quote for a golf group?

Big delay and went another way and delivered me to the airport ahead of schedule. Perhaps they could manage the aircraft as it was a steep downhill after this terrific service

Chris, the proprietor and manager of CGC Transfers, initially our Uber driver, had picked us up from the airport and has provided us with the friendliest and most accommodating private transport experience. After Chris had informed us of his Private Transport business, I asked for a quote on the spot based on our itinerary and he was quick to provide with no hidden costs or issues. The price was fair given the high demands of the season and it comes with excellent communication and service from your own private driver. Highly recommend to book CGC Transfers particularly if you're in larger groups of 5-8 plus luggage. Thanks again Chris, hope to have you look after us again in the future.
