How do I pay?
Payment is made online by card when the booking is placed — there’s no payment in the car. Corporate accounts are available by prior approval.
What is the cancellation and flight-change policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full credit toward a future booking; within 24 hours, no credit applies. If a flight is cancelled, you get a full credit beyond 4 hours, a 50% credit from 1.5 to 4 hours and none inside 1.5 hours. Credits are non-refundable and carry to your next trip. Can you take a group of more than 11?
Yes. For parties above 11 — retreat groups or extended-family departures — we run a multi-vehicle booking, with several vehicles allocated together under one reservation. Send the total passenger and luggage numbers and we organise the fleet.
Where will my driver meet me at Brisbane Airport?
