Are baby seats or child seats available and what are the NSW rules?
Yes. In NSW, hire vehicles follow private-car rules, so children under 7 need an approved child restraint — CGC arranges and fits the correct rear-facing baby seat, forward-facing child seat or booster on request. Provide each child’s age and approximate size at booking. Multi-child configurations are handled in the Carnival. Seats are $35 each, added to your quote at booking. How does daylight saving affect my pickup time?
From October to April, NSW observes daylight saving and runs an hour ahead of Queensland. Every pickup time is confirmed in Queensland time — the same clock as your flight at BNE — so add an hour to read it on a Brunswick Heads clock during daylight saving. The night-before text repeats the Queensland time, so there is no hour-out confusion before an early start.
Do you charge for waiting time at Brisbane Airport?
Waiting is included for 45 minutes after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international one, from actual landing — $2 a minute after that. We monitor your flight, so a delayed landing moves the pickup rather than starting the clock, and you will receive a text confirming your transfer and pickup instructions.

How do I pay?
Payment is made online by card when the booking is placed — there’s no payment in the car. Corporate accounts are available by prior approval.
What is the cancellation and flight-change policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full credit toward a future booking; within 24 hours, no credit applies. If a flight is cancelled, you get a full credit beyond 4 hours, a 50% credit from 1.5 to 4 hours and none inside 1.5 hours. Credits are non-refundable and carry to your next trip. Can you take a group of more than 11?
Yes. Up to 14 travel as two vehicles on one reservation — the booking form adds a second Kia Carnival or a sedan and prices it there — and 15 or more is a call to 0416 131 285. Every vehicle leaves together, timed to the same flight.
Where will my driver meet me at Brisbane Airport?
Brisbane Airport pickups are kerbside in the designated pickup zone at both the Domestic and International terminals — your SMS booking confirmation includes the exact meet point and arrival instructions. Northern NSW runs one hour ahead of Queensland during daylight saving (early October to early April).
