How much luggage can each vehicle take?
The Sedan or similar handles up to 2 large suitcases plus carry-on, the Kia Carnival up to 6 and the 12-seater Transporter up to 10. Flag your bags and any golf-club bags, prams or oversized gear at booking so the right vehicle is sent.
How do I pay?
You pay online by card when the booking is made, so nothing is handled in the car. Corporate accounts are available by prior approval.
What is the cancellation and flight-change policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full credit toward a future booking; within 24 hours, no credit applies. If a flight is cancelled, you get a full credit beyond 4 hours, a 50% credit from 1.5 to 4 hours and none inside 1.5 hours. Credits are non-refundable and carry to your next trip. Can you take a group of more than 11?
Yes. For parties above 11 — resort wedding parties, group golf trips or multi-family movements — we run a multi-vehicle booking with several vehicles allocated together under one reservation. Send the total passenger and luggage numbers and we organise the fleet.
