Approximately 6:25am from Coomera. The 68km M1 run takes around 1 hour off-peak plus the 1.5-hour domestic buffer.
Are child seats available from Coomera?
Yes. Child seats are arranged at booking and CGC fits the correct rear-facing capsule, forward-facing seat or booster on request. Theme-park family check-outs frequently need booster plus forward-facing combinations, so specify each child’s age and approximate size at booking. An additional child seat cost applies and is added to your quote at booking.
Are early-morning pickups available from Coomera?
Yes. Pre-booked early morning and after-hours transfers are available. Early-morning pickups are routine for international long-haul BNE departures from theme-park accommodation, Upper Coomera family estates and Westfield Coomera precinct apartments. Pickups before 5am fall outside standard operating hours and may attract an after-hours surcharge, confirmed in your online quote.
Do you charge for waiting time at Brisbane Airport?
No. There is no extra charge for airport waiting time. On arrivals we monitor your flight and generally allow 30 to 45 minutes after a domestic landing, and 45 minutes to 1 hour after an international landing, for you to clear the terminal and collect your bags. You will receive a text confirming your transfer and where to meet the driver.
Is the return trip from Brisbane Airport the same price?
Yes — the run back to Coomera costs the same as the trip up, and both legs sit on one reservation. We monitor your inbound flight, and because where you’re met depends on which arrivals area your flight comes into, you’ll receive a text confirming your transfer with the exact meet point and arrival instructions — then we bring you back to the door, whether that’s a Dreamworld-precinct rental, an Upper Coomera estate or a Westfield Coomera apartment, from Brisbane Airport Domestic or International.
How much luggage can each vehicle take?
The Sedan or similar carries up to 2 large suitcases plus carry-on, the Kia Carnival up to 6, and the 12-seater Transporter up to 10 — enough for a full theme-park family’s post-holiday haul, prams and merchandise included. Note your luggage at booking so the right vehicle is sent.
How do I pay?
Payment is made online by card when the booking is placed, so nothing changes hands in the car. Corporate accounts are available by prior approval.
What is the cancellation and flight-change policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full credit toward a future booking; within 24 hours, no credit applies. If a flight is cancelled, you get a full credit beyond 4 hours, a 50% credit from 1.5 to 4 hours, and none inside 1.5 hours. Credits are non-refundable and carry to your next trip. Can you take a group of more than 11?
Yes. A single Transporter covers 8 to 11, but for a larger group — a multi-family theme-park party or an Oxenford wedding above 11 — we run a multi-vehicle booking, several vehicles rostered together under one reservation. Send the total passenger and luggage numbers and we organise the fleet.
