### Can I get to the airport on public transport?

You can, travelling light. Broadbeach South tram station is a short walk; from there it’s the G:link to Helensvale then the Airtrain to Brisbane, roughly two hours. Gold Coast Airport needs a tram plus bus connection. Both are slow with luggage.

### Can I book a very early or late pickup?

Yes, by pre-booking. Pickups between 9 pm and 6 am carry an after-hours fee and the prices shown here assume our standard hours of 6 am to 9 pm. Your total is confirmed upfront when you book — worth arranging ahead given how often a late night here meets an early flight.

### What are the cancellation terms?

More than 24 hours before pickup, a full credit applies. Within 24 hours, no credit. If your airline cancels the flight: full credit with over 4 hours’ notice, 50% between 1.5 and 4 hours, none inside 1.5 hours. Credits are non-refundable.
