Gold Coast Airport pickups are $110 / $140 because they include the airport access fee and in-terminal meet and greet, and every fare is per vehicle and locked at booking, whether your gate is five minutes up the valley road or at the far end of it. Airport pickups work the same way in reverse — $250 sedan or $330 Carnival from Brisbane Airport to any valley address, with kerbside pickup and in-terminal meet and greet a $49 add-on, and a fixed $110 sedan or $140 Carnival pickup from Gold Coast Airport, meet and greet included. ⭐ 5.0 from 99 Google reviews ✓ $250 BNE Fixed — Both Valleys, Both Directions ✓ OOL Fixed Too — $95 Drop-off / $110 Pickup ✓ Groups to 14 Book Online ### The valleys at a glance CoveredTallebudgera Valley and Currumbin Valley — every address, farm gate and venue, including Eden Health Retreat Brisbane Airport (BNE)$250 sedan · $330 Kia Carnival — fixed, either direction, Gateway toll included Gold Coast Airport (OOL)$95 sedan · $125 Carnival to the airport — $110 / $140 airport pickup with in-terminal meet and greet Groups 8–14A second vehicle or the 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers), priced in the booking form — one booking, online **Included:** GST, flight monitoring, meet and greet on Gold Coast Airport pickups ($49 add-on at Brisbane Airport), baby and child seats $35 each supplied and fitted, 5% off the return leg when both legs go on one reservation. ## Fixed Fares — Every Vehicle | Route | Camry / Tesla Sedan | Kia Carnival | | --- | --- | --- | | Tallebudgera Valley ↔ Brisbane Airport (either direction) | $250 | $330 | | Currumbin Valley ↔ Brisbane Airport (either direction) | $250 | $330 | | Either valley → Gold Coast Airport (OOL) drop-off | $95 | $125 | | Gold Coast Airport (OOL) → either valley pickup | $110 | $140 | Per vehicle, GST included; Brisbane fares include the Gateway toll and also cover Brisbane City and the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal. The 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers on one vehicle) is priced in the booking form — call or message [0416 131 285](tel:0416131285). Gold Coast Airport is the closer airport from both valleys, and more international travellers are using it: its FY26 results put international passenger numbers up 25% on the year before ([Gold Coast Airport](https://www.goldcoastairport.com.au/corporate-partnerships/about-us/contact-us/newsroom/FY26-Marks-Year-of-Significant-International-Growth-for-GCA)) — worth checking before you book the longer Brisbane run. ## Why Airport Pickups Cost More Than Drop-offs Every valley fare on this page is fixed either direction, with one standard difference: Gold Coast Airport pickups ($110 sedan) run slightly above drop-offs ($95), because a pickup includes the in-terminal meet and greet — your driver parked, inside the terminal at your arrivals area, watching your flight land, with the included waiting window already counted in. Drop-offs are a kerbside goodbye; pickups are a service. Brisbane fares are the same price both ways because the toll and distance dominate the figure, and BNE pickups are kerbside in the designated pickup zone, with in-terminal meet and greet a $49 add-on. ## The Valleys We Drive ### Tallebudgera Valley From Schusters Park and the Tallebudgera Creek Road turn-off right up to the border ranges — acreage properties, wedding and event venues, and farm gates that all look alike in the pre-dawn dark. Put the gate or driveway description in your booking notes and the driver arrives at the right entrance first time, with the pickup confirmed the night before. ### Currumbin Valley Currumbin Creek Road from the Ecovillage end up past the rock pools toward Mount Cougal — a winding, beautiful run that rideshare drivers routinely decline at 4:30am. Pre-booked means allocated: a named driver, confirmed the evening before, who already knows the valley and your gate. ### Eden Health Retreat Arriving for a stay at **Eden Health Retreat** in Currumbin Valley? We run door-to-gate transfers for retreat guests from both airports — the fixed $250 sedan or $330 Carnival from Brisbane, or a fixed $110 sedan pickup ($140 Carnival) from Gold Coast Airport. Quiet, unhurried arrivals suit the occasion: your driver meets you inside the terminal at Gold Coast Airport (or at Brisbane with the $49 meet and greet), handles the luggage, and the fare was locked when you booked, so the week starts calm at the kerb. Book the return leg on the same reservation for 5% off and your departure is already arranged before you switch off. > “Up the valleys every farm gate looks the same at 4am, so the note that matters on the booking is the gate itself — the letterbox, the colour, the cattle grid. Put that in and I’m at the right driveway first time.” > > > > — Chris, owner-driver ## What’s Included on Every Booking Driver allocated prior to pickup with SMS confirmation the night before — name, vehicle and meeting point — plus an on-the-way message. Flight details monitored on every airport booking: if the flight moves, the pickup moves with it at no charge, with 1 hour’s included waiting on domestic arrivals and 90 minutes on international, timed from actual landing. In-terminal meet and greet on Gold Coast Airport pickups; at Brisbane Airport pickups are kerbside, with in-terminal meet and greet a $49 add-on. Child seats supplied and fitted at $35 per seat. Cancellation with more than 24 hours’ notice receives a full credit toward a future booking; no credit inside 24 hours. After-hours transfers between 9pm and 6am may incur an additional surcharge — shown in the online quote before you confirm. ## Vehicles for Valley Runs The **Camry/Tesla sedan** (1–3 passengers) suits couples and solo retreat guests; the **7-seat Kia Carnival** carries families, boards and the big-luggage trips. For groups of 8–14, the **Kia Carnival + Camry/Tesla** pairing (up to 9) and **2 × Kia Carnival** (up to 14) are booked online as one reservation, both drivers arriving together — handy for retreat groups and valley weddings. The 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers on one vehicle) is priced in the booking form. ## Booking a Valley Transfer Enter your pickup and drop-off in the [booking form](https://cgctransfers.com.au/book-now/) — both airports return their fixed fare instantly, locked the moment you book. Use the notes box for the gate description, venue name or retreat booking, passenger count, child seat ages and any timing buffer you want built in. Trips within the coast — the valleys to Surfers, Broadbeach or the beaches — also price instantly per kilometre in the same form. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### How much is Tallebudgera Valley or Currumbin Valley to Brisbane Airport? A fixed $250 Sedan or similar, or $330 for the 7-seat Kia Carnival — per vehicle, either direction, GST and the Gateway toll included, locked at booking. The same fare covers both Brisbane terminals, Brisbane City and the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal. ### How much is the valley to Gold Coast Airport? A fixed $95 Sedan or similar, or $125 Kia Carnival, from any Tallebudgera Valley or Currumbin Valley address to Gold Coast Airport. Airport pickups are $110 and $140, which includes the in-terminal meet and greet with your flight monitored. Per vehicle, GST included, locked at booking. ### Do you do transfers to Eden Health Retreat? Regularly — door to gate from both airports. Brisbane Airport is the fixed $250 sedan or $330 Carnival; Gold Coast Airport is a fixed $95 sedan to the airport, or $110 for an airport pickup with in-terminal meet and greet. At Gold Coast Airport your driver meets you inside the terminal (at Brisbane it is kerbside, or inside with the $49 meet and greet), and booking the return leg on the same reservation takes 5% off and has your departure arranged before your stay begins. ### Is the Brisbane fare really the same both directions? Yes — $250 sedan or $330 Carnival whether you’re heading to BNE or being collected there, with the Gateway toll already inside the figure; pickups are kerbside, with in-terminal meet and greet a $49 add-on. ### How does a group of 8 or more book? Online, in the booking form — Kia Carnival + Camry/Tesla (up to 9 passengers), 2 × Kia Carnival (up to 14) or the 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers), all priced in the form, go on one reservation, with drivers coordinated to arrive together. ### Will a rideshare come up the valley at 4:30am? Sometimes — and sometimes the job sits unaccepted while your departure window closes, because valley runs are long, dark and one-way for the driver. A pre-booked transfer is allocated to a named driver the night before, with your gate already confirmed. Out here, reliability is the product. ### Do you handle farm gates and long driveways? Every week. Describe the gate, driveway or a landmark in the booking notes — and for properties past mobile blackspots, add a backup contact. The driver arrives at the right entrance with the plan already confirmed. ### What about the rock pools or a valley day trip? Point-to-point trips within the coast price instantly per kilometre in the booking form, and for a proper valley day — rock pools, Mount Cougal, a long lunch — [day hire](https://cgctransfers.com.au/day-trip-hire/) keeps the same vehicle and driver on standby from $750. ### Are baby and child seats available? Yes — supplied and fitted at $35 per seat, rear-facing, forward-facing or booster to suit the ages you give at booking. You never need to haul your own seat up the valley. ### What happens if our flight is delayed? Every airport booking is flight-monitored — the pickup moves with the flight at no charge, with 1 hour’s included waiting on domestic arrivals and 90 minutes on international, timed from actual landing. ### Can I cancel if plans change? More than 24 hours’ notice: full credit toward a future booking. Inside 24 hours: no credit. Credits apply to any future CGC booking. ### Is there a discount for booking the return? Yes — book both legs on one reservation and the return leg takes 5% off automatically. For retreat stays that means arrival and departure are both locked before you leave home. ### What about very early or late flights? Pickups between 9pm and 6am may carry an after-hours surcharge, shown inside your locked online quote before you confirm — the figure on screen is final, whatever time the valley wakes up. ### Is the quote per person or per vehicle? Per vehicle, always — three passengers in a sedan or seven in a Carnival pay the one figure and split it however they like. ### How far is Gold Coast Airport from Currumbin Valley? About 17 km from the middle of Currumbin Valley, around 20–25 minutes off-peak — further from the top end near Mount Cougal. The fixed fare is $95 Sedan or similar or $125 Kia Carnival to the airport, wherever your gate is. ### How far is Gold Coast Airport from Tallebudgera Valley? About 24 km from the middle of the valley, around 25–30 minutes off-peak, more from the top end. The fixed fare is $95 Sedan or similar or $125 Kia Carnival to the airport. ### How long does it take to get to Brisbane Airport from the valleys? About 110 km, around 1h 30min–1h 40min off-peak via the M1 and the Gateway Motorway; allow more in weekday peak. ### How early should I leave the valley for a Brisbane domestic flight? Allow the run plus 2 hours at the terminal — for a 10am domestic departure from Brisbane, a pickup around 6:20am. ### How early should I leave for a flight from Gold Coast Airport? Allow the drive plus 2 hours for a domestic flight or 3 hours for an international one — for a 9am domestic flight from the middle of either valley, a pickup around 6:30am. ### Do you pick up guests from wedding venues in the valleys? Yes. Venues in both valleys are covered by the same fixed airport fares, and groups book online with a second vehicle or the 12-seat VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers), priced in the booking form. ## Related Resources **Plan the rest of the trip** - [Full fixed-price schedule — every zone and vehicle](https://cgctransfers.com.au/fixed-price-airport-transfers/) - [Day hire — rock pools, hinterland and long lunches](https://cgctransfers.com.au/day-trip-hire/) - [Which vehicle and which airport — the pricing guide](https://cgctransfers.com.au/airport-transfer-pricing-guide/) - [Brisbane Airport transfers hub](https://cgctransfers.com.au/brisbane-airport-transfers/) - [Book now — instant locked quote](https://cgctransfers.com.au/book-now/) ## External Authority Resources Road conditions and transport information for the hinterland routes are published by the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads: [qld.gov.au/transport](https://www.qld.gov.au/transport). ## Book a Valley Transfer — Get Your Exact Quote Fixed $250 sedan to Brisbane Airport and $95 to Gold Coast Airport from either valley, meet and greet on Gold Coast Airport pickups ($49 add-on at Brisbane) and flight monitoring on every booking. We recently travelled from Adelaide to Gold Coast for a short holiday to celebrate my mum's 60th and as a big family reunion. Chris, the proprietor and manager of CGC Transfers, initially our Uber driver, had picked us up from the airport and has provided us with the friendliest and most accommodating private transport experience. After Chris had informed us of his Private Transport business, I asked for a quote on the spot based on our itinerary and he was quick to provide with no hidden costs or issues. The price was fair given the high demands of the season and it comes with excellent communication and service from your own private driver.
