You will not be disappointed.” — John M., October 2025 · Google review ★★★★★ “We recently travelled from Adelaide to Gold Coast for a short holiday to celebrate my mum’s 60th and as a big family reunion. Chris, the proprietor and manager of CGC Transfers, initially our Uber driver, had picked us up from the airport and has provided us with the friendliest and most accommodating private transport experience. After Chris had informed us of his Private Transport business, I asked for a quote on the spot based on our itinerary and he was quick to provide with no hidden costs or issues. The price was fair given the high demands of the season and it comes with excellent communication and service from your own private driver. Highly recommend to book CGC Transfers particularly if you’re in larger groups of 5-8 plus luggage. Thanks again Chris, hope to have you look after us again in the future.” — Kyla B., September 2025 · Google review ★★★★★ “Amazing service from Andy and Chris. Yes. Every review on this page is a genuine Google review of CGC Airport Transfers, copied word for word. Nothing is edited; reviewers are shown by first name and initial. The full list, including the newest, is on Google. ### How many reviews does CGC Airport Transfers have? CGC Airport Transfers is rated 5.0 from 100 Google reviews. This page shows the latest 87 in full, from October 2024 to October 2026. ### How do I leave a review? Open CGC Airport Transfers on Google Maps, scroll to Reviews and tap Write a review — or search Google for CGC Airport Transfers and use the Write a review button. It takes a minute, and mentioning your driver by name helps. ### Does CGC reply to reviews? Yes. Every one of the 87 reviews on this page has a reply from CGC on Google. ### Why aren’t all 100 Google reviews on this page? This page shows the latest 87 with their full comments, taken from Google. The overall rating, the total and every review are on Google, which updates as new reviews arrive. ### Where can I read every review? On Google, where the rating and the full list update as new reviews arrive. Search Google for CGC Airport Transfers, or open the business on Google Maps. ### What do reviewers mention most? Punctuality and communication. Of the 87 reviews on this page, 40 use the word recommend, 28 mention the driver being on time or early, 28 name their driver, 17 mention the communication before pickup, 17 mention a clean vehicle and 12 mention the price. ### Can I ask for the driver named in a review? Allocation depends on the day’s roster, so a particular driver can’t be guaranteed, but every booking gets the driver’s name and number by 5pm the day before pickup, and naming your driver in a review means the thanks reaches them. ### How much does a transfer cost? Fares are fixed per vehicle, not per person: Surfers Paradise to Brisbane Airport is $200 sedan or $260 Kia Carnival, the same in both directions with the Gateway toll included — about 85 km, around 1 hour 20 minutes off-peak — and Broadbeach and Main Beach share the fare. Surfers Paradise to Gold Coast Airport is $90 sedan or $120 Kia Carnival, about 28 km and around 40 minutes, and $105 or $135 as a pickup from the airport, because airport pickups include the airport access fee and the driver meeting you inside the terminal with a name sign. ### Why do Gold Coast Airport pickups cost more than drop-offs? A Gold Coast Airport pickup includes the airport access fee and in-terminal meet and greet — the driver waits inside the terminal with your name on a sign — so Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach is $105 sedan or $135 Kia Carnival from the airport against $90 or $120 to it. Brisbane Airport fares are the same in both directions; pickups there are kerbside, with inside-terminal meet and greet a $49 add-on. ### Where does the driver meet me at the airport? At Gold Coast Airport the driver waits inside the terminal with your name on a sign — meet and greet is included in every pickup there. At Brisbane Airport pickups are kerbside in the designated pickup zone, with the exact meet point sent by text; inside-terminal meet and greet is a $49 add-on. ### What if my flight is delayed? We track the flight and move the pickup to suit. Waiting is included for 45 minutes after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international one, from actual landing — $2 a minute after that. ### Do you provide baby seats and child seats? Yes — rear-facing baby seats, forward-facing child seats and boosters, supplied and fitted before pickup at $35 per seat. Tell us the children’s ages at booking. ### How early should I leave for my flight? Be at the terminal 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international one, at both Gold Coast and Brisbane airports, and add the drive. Give us the flight number at booking and we set the pickup time for you. ### How do I pay? By card online at booking, through the secure payment link. Every transfer is pre-booked and paid before travel, so there is nothing to pay in the car. ### What is the cancellation policy? Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and the full amount is held as credit for a future booking. Within 24 hours of pickup no credit applies. ### Can a group of 8 or more travel together? Yes. Up to 7 fit one Kia Carnival. For 8 or more, the booking form offers a second vehicle or the 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers), both priced in the form. ### How far ahead do I need to book? Online bookings need at least 12 hours’ notice. For anything sooner, call or text 0416 131 285 and we’ll tell you whether a car is free. ### Do you run on public holidays? We’re available 24/7 by pre-booking except Christmas Day, when we’re closed. A higher rate applies on Easter Sunday only; every other public holiday is the standard fixed fare. ### Is CGC a taxi or rideshare? No. CGC Airport Transfers is a licensed Queensland booked-hire service running pre-booked private transfers since 2020: one booking, one vehicle, your own driver, with the price fixed before you travel. No meter, no surge, no shared stops. ## Related Resources - [About CGC Airport Transfers](https://cgctransfers.com.au/about-us/) - [Our fleet](https://cgctransfers.com.au/fleet/) - [Gold Coast Airport (OOL) transfers](https://cgctransfers.com.au/gold-coast-airport-transfers/) - [Brisbane Airport (BNE) transfers](https://cgctransfers.com.au/brisbane-airport-transfers/) - [Fixed-price list by suburb](https://cgctransfers.com.au/fixed-price-airport-transfers/) - [Book online](https://cgctransfers.com.au/book-now/) **CGC Airport Transfers** · ABN 71 640 883 667 · Private airport transfers across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay & Northern NSW **Phone:** [0416 131 285](tel:0416131285) · **SMS:** [0416 131 285](sms:+61416131285) · **WhatsApp:** [0416 131 285](https://wa.me/61416131285) · **Email:** [admin@cgctransfers.com.au](mailto:admin@cgctransfers.com.au) **💬 Text to book (AI assistant):** [0485 057 498](sms:+61485057498?&body=Hi%2C%20can%20I%20get%20a%20quote%20please%3F) (or [WhatsApp](https://wa.me/61485057498?text=Hi%2C%20can%20I%20get%20a%20quote%20please%3F)) — instant fixed-fare quote and secure payment link, 24/7.
