Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full credit toward a future booking; within 24 hours, no credit applies. If your flight is cancelled, a full credit applies more than 4 hours before pickup, a 50% credit between 1.5 and 4 hours and no credit within 1.5 hours. ### Can you handle groups larger than 11 passengers?

Yes. For groups above 11 we arrange multi-vehicle bookings — several vehicles allocated together for study-tour cohorts, conference delegations and large family groups. Share your total passenger and luggage numbers at booking.

### Where will my driver meet me at Brisbane Airport?

Brisbane Airport pickups are kerbside in the designated pickup zone at both the Domestic and International terminals — your SMS booking confirmation includes the exact meet point and arrival instructions. Prefer to be met inside the terminal? Inside-terminal meet and greet is available at BNE as a $49 add-on.

Chris, the proprietor and manager of CGC Transfers, initially our Uber driver, had picked us up from the airport and has provided us with the friendliest and most accommodating private transport experience. After Chris had informed us of his Private Transport business, I asked for a quote on the spot based on our itinerary and he was quick to provide with no hidden costs or issues. Pricing: per vehicle, GST included, Gateway Motorway toll inside every quote, locked at booking. After-hours fee (9pm–6am pickups) confirmed inside the locked quote.
