## Who the 12-Seater Suits

Wedding parties arriving for the weekend, sports teams and golf groups with kit, conference groups and multi-family holidays — any group of 8 to 11 that would rather arrive together than split across cars. Everyone is collected at the same time, from the same meeting point, by one driver tracking the one flight.

## Luggage and the Trailer

A full group fits up to 8 large suitcases inside, and a luggage trailer takes the rest — golf travel bags, board bags, team kit and the extra cases a long trip brings. Name every item at booking so the vehicle and trailer are planned before the day. ## Travelling with Children

The 12-seater takes up to two Australian-Standards seats — rear-facing baby seats, forward-facing child seats or boosters — at $35 per seat, fitted before pickup. A group with more young children is better in two Kia Carnivals, which take up to five seats each. In New South Wales every child under 7 must travel in an approved restraint.

## One Vehicle or Two?

The 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers) keeps everyone together. Two vehicles on the one booking — a [Kia Carnival](https://cgctransfers.com.au/fleet/kia-carnival/) with a [sedan](https://cgctransfers.com.au/fleet/sedan/) for up to 10, or two Kia Carnivals for up to 14 — give more room for child seats and luggage. The booking form prices both options, so you can compare before you pay. See [large group airport transfers](https://cgctransfers.com.au/airport-transfer-large-groups-gold-coast/).
