# Our Fleet — Private Airport Transfer Vehicles

## The Short Answer

CGC runs three private vehicle types: a sedan (Toyota Camry or Tesla, or similar) for 1–3 passengers, the 7-seat Kia Carnival for families and groups of up to 7, and the 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers) for groups who want to stay together. Bigger groups add a second vehicle on the same booking. Every fare is fixed per vehicle, GST included, and locked at booking.

Choose by people, bags and gear: the sedan for up to 3 travelling light, the Kia Carnival for up to 7 with prams, boards or golf bags, and the 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers) for a group of 8–11.

## How to Choose Your Vehicle

- **1–3 people, two check-in suitcases between you:** the sedan — the lowest fixed fare on every route.
- **A pram, a surfboard, golf clubs or more than two suitcases:** the Kia Carnival. The sedan boot can’t take long items or prams.
- **4–7 people:** the Kia Carnival.
- **8–11 people who want to travel together:** the 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers).
- **8–14 people in two vehicles:** the booking form adds a sedan (up to 10 in total) or a second Kia Carnival (up to 14), priced there.
- **Children under 7:** give their ages at booking and we fit the right Australian-Standards baby seat, child seat or booster ($35 per seat) before pickup.

## What Every Vehicle Includes

- Fixed price per vehicle, not per person — GST included, and the Gateway Motorway toll included on Brisbane Airport runs, locked at booking
- Flight monitoring on every airport pickup — the pickup moves with your actual landing time at no charge
- Waiting included for 45 minutes after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international one, from actual landing — $2 per minute after that
- Gold Coast Airport (OOL) pickups include in-terminal meet & greet: your driver waits inside with your name on a sign
- Brisbane Airport (BNE) pickups are kerbside at the pre-booked pickup bays, with in-terminal meet & greet available as a $49 add-on
- Your driver’s name and number by text or email by 5pm the day before your transfer
- Baby seats, child seats and boosters fitted before pickup at $35 per seat
- Book both legs on one reservation and the return leg is 5% off
- Available 24/7 by pre-booking except Christmas Day — standard rates 6am–9pm, with an after-hours fee for pickups between 9pm and 6am, shown in your quote

## Groups Bigger Than One Vehicle

Groups book online, the same as everyone else. When your group doesn’t fit one vehicle, the booking form offers to add a second vehicle — a Kia Carnival or a sedan — or to keep everyone together in the 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers). Both are priced in the booking form before you pay, and the vehicles travel to the same pickup point on the one booking. ## Vehicle Upgrades

Vehicles are booked by type, so you may ride in a Toyota Camry, a Tesla or a similar sedan, or a Kia Carnival or similar people mover. Now and then we upgrade a booking to a larger vehicle to suit the day’s schedule — always at no extra cost to you.

Book by people, bags and gear. The sedan suits 1 to 3 passengers with two check-in suitcases between them. ### Which vehicles take baby seats and child seats?

All of them. The sedan takes one seat, the Kia Carnival up to five and the 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers) up to two. We supply Australian-Standards rear-facing baby seats, forward-facing child seats and boosters at $35 per seat, fitted before pickup. Tell us each child’s age at booking.

### Can I bring a surfboard, golf clubs or a pram?

Yes, in the Kia Carnival or the 12-seater VW Crafter (up to 11 passengers). The sedan boot can’t take long items or prams. Declare the items at booking so the vehicle is matched to them — oversized items ride inside the fixed vehicle price, with no per-item fees.

### Can I choose the exact make and model?
