It speaks the **Model Context Protocol (MCP)** over streamable HTTP, reads fares live from the booking engine, and never takes payment — every booking is personally confirmed and paid via a secure emailed link. **Endpoint:** `https://cgctransfers.com.au/wp-json/cgc-gateway/v1/mcp` **Discovery:** `https://cgctransfers.com.au/.well-known/mcp.json` **Business facts for AI:** [llms.txt](https://cgctransfers.com.au/llms.txt) · [llms-full.txt](https://cgctransfers.com.au/llms-full.txt) (full corpus) ## The Short Answer An AI assistant can ask the gateway for an exact CGC fare and get the same number the website shows, from the same booking engine: from $55 sedan / $85 Kia Carnival to Gold Coast Airport and from $190 / $240 to Brisbane Airport, with central Gold Coast at $90 / $120 to OOL and $200 / $260 to BNE — GST and Gateway toll included, locked at booking. Pickups from Gold Coast Airport cost more than drop-offs ($105 / $135 from OOL to central Gold Coast) because they include the airport access fee and in-terminal meet and greet. Quoting needs no key; lodging a booking does, and payment only ever happens through the secure link emailed to the customer. ## Tools | Tool | What it does | Access | | --- | --- | --- | | get_service_info | Business facts: contact, 6am–9pm standard hours, fleet, inclusions and policies. Private pre-booked transfers — not a taxi or rideshare. | Open, rate-limited | | get_quote | Exact fixed prices between two locations, straight from the live engine — sedan, Kia Carnival and multi-vehicle options, per vehicle, AUD, GST and Gateway toll included, locked at booking. Unpriced routes are refused with our phone number — the gateway never estimates. | Open, rate-limited | | check_availability | Whether a pickup date and time is serviceable — standard hours, blackout dates, and the within-12-hours direct-contact rule (Australia/Brisbane time). | Open, rate-limited | | request_booking | Lodges a booking request only. Created as pending; CGC confirms personally and the customer pays by a secure emailed link. No payment ever moves through an AI agent. | Agent key required | ## Example prompts - “Get me a fixed price from Miami to Gold Coast Airport for 4 people.” - “Is a 7:15am pickup available next Tuesday from Reedy Creek?” - “How much is Surfers Paradise to Brisbane Airport in the 7-seater, and does that include the toll?” - “Book my transfer from Kingscliff to Brisbane Airport, flight JQ430, 2 passengers plus a booster seat.” ## Pricing rules the gateway enforces Every price is **per vehicle, never per person** — no surge, no meter, GST inside, Gateway toll included on every Brisbane Airport run, and the figure is locked at booking. Meet & greet is included on **every Gold Coast Airport pickup**, every vehicle, no exclusions. Routes without a fixed fare and the 12-seater VW Transporter are quoted on request — the gateway answers with [0416 131 285](tel:0416131285) rather than a guess. An after-hours fee applies to pickups between 9pm and 6am and is confirmed inside the locked quote. > “The price your assistant sees is the same number the website shows me, from the same engine, at the same second — and it can’t take your card. If a chatbot ever quotes you a CGC fare with a fee I don’t recognise, it didn’t come through this gateway.” > > > > — Chris, owner-driver ## Authentication Read tools (`get_service_info`, `get_quote`, `check_availability`) are open and rate-limited — no account needed. `request_booking` requires an agent key, issued on request: [admin@cgctransfers.com.au](mailto:admin@cgctransfers.com.au). Every booking request is human-confirmed before it enters the diary, and payment happens only through the secure link emailed to the customer. ## Data & privacy Quote and availability requests carry no personal information. Booking requests carry only the details needed to run the transfer — name, phone, email, flight and seat requirements — handled per our [privacy policy](https://cgctransfers.com.au/privacy-policy/). ## FAQs ### What is the CGC agent gateway? A machine-readable booking gateway that lets AI assistants quote and request CGC transfers on a customer’s behalf. It speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP) over streamable HTTP, reads prices straight from the live booking engine, and never guesses a fare. ### Can an AI assistant pay for a booking? No. Payment never moves through an AI agent. A booking lodged by an assistant is created as a pending request; CGC confirms it personally and the customer pays through a secure link emailed directly to them. ### Are the quotes the same as the website’s prices? Yes — the gateway reads the same live engine that powers the booking form, so a quote from an AI assistant matches the form to the dollar: per vehicle, AUD, GST included, Gateway toll included on Brisbane runs, locked at booking. ### What can’t the gateway quote? Routes without a fixed price and the 12-seater VW Transporter. For those the gateway returns our phone number, 0416 131 285, instead of a figure — it is built to refuse rather than estimate. ### Do I need a key to use it? Quotes, availability and business facts are open and rate-limited — no key needed. Lodging a booking request requires an agent key, issued on request via admin@cgctransfers.com.au. ### Does the after-hours fee show in agent quotes? Quotes flag that an after-hours fee applies to pickups between 9pm and 6am; the exact figure is confirmed inside the locked quote before any booking is paid, same as on the website. ### Which AI assistants can use the gateway? Any assistant or agent that speaks the Model Context Protocol. It is discoverable at /.well-known/mcp.json, agents.json and openapi.json, and llms.txt carries the business facts — no account is needed to quote. ### How does an assistant get a quote? It calls get_quote with the pickup and drop-off (address or suburb), passengers and bags, and receives the exact fixed price from the live engine — sedan, Kia Carnival and multi-vehicle options, per vehicle, GST and Gateway toll included, locked at booking. ### What does a transfer cost when it is quoted through an assistant? Exactly what the website charges: from $55 sedan or $85 Kia Carnival to Gold Coast Airport and from $190 / $240 to Brisbane Airport; central Gold Coast is $90 / $120 to OOL and $200 / $260 to BNE, and pickups from OOL to central Gold Coast are $105 / $135 because they include the airport access fee and in-terminal meet and greet. ### What happens when I ask my assistant to book? It lodges a booking request through the same path as the website form. The booking is created as pending, CGC confirms it personally, and you pay through the secure link emailed to you — no payment ever moves through the assistant. ### Can the gateway quote Lennox Head or other per-kilometre addresses? No. Routes without a fixed fare, and the 12-seater Transporter, are refused with the phone number 0416 131 285 rather than an estimate — the gateway never guesses. ### Does the gateway check whether a pickup time is available? Yes — check_availability confirms whether a date and time is serviceable against standard hours, blackout dates and the within-12-hours direct-contact rule, in Australia/Brisbane time. ### What personal information does the gateway see? Quote and availability requests carry none. A booking request carries only what the transfer needs — name, phone, email, flight and seat requirements — handled under the CGC privacy policy. ### Can an assistant change or cancel a booking? Not through the gateway. Changes and cancellations go to CGC directly on 0416 131 285 by call or text; cancel more than 24 hours out and the full amount is held as a credit, within 24 hours no credit applies. ### Is the gateway rate-limited? Yes. The read tools — get_service_info, get_quote and check_availability — are open and rate-limited; request_booking needs an agent key, issued on request via admin@cgctransfers.com.au. ### Will the assistant’s quote match what I see on the website? Yes — both come from the same engine at the same moment, and the figure is locked when the booking is confirmed. ### Does the gateway handle child seats and multi-vehicle groups? get_quote returns sedan, Kia Carnival and multi-vehicle options; child seats are added to the booking at $35 per seat, supplied and fitted before pickup. The 12-seater Transporter is quoted on request. ### Where can an AI find CGC’s business facts? From get_service_info on the gateway, or from llms.txt and llms-full.txt on the website — contact details, 6am–9pm standard hours, fleet, inclusions and policies, kept in step with the booking engine. ## What Our Passengers Say ``` Posted on Google Fiona 1 days ago Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently travelled from Adelaide to Gold Coast for a short holiday to celebrate my mum's 60th and as a big family reunion. Chris, the proprietor and manager of CGC Transfers, initially our Uber driver, had picked us up from the airport and has provided us with the friendliest and most accommodating private transport experience. After Chris had informed us of his Private Transport business, I asked for a quote on the spot based on our itinerary and he was quick to provide with no hidden costs or issues. The price was fair given the high demands of the season and it comes with excellent communication and service from your own private driver. Highly recommend to book CGC Transfers particularly if you're in larger groups of 5-8 plus luggage. Thanks again Chris, hope to have you look after us again in the future.
